I managed critical IT operations across the headquarters, technology hubs, boardrooms, and mission-critical environments of global energy titans like Schlumberger and Halliburton, technology pioneers like Microsoft and Dell, the vast healthcare networks of the Texas Medical Center, and corporate retail operations like Mattress Firm.

In those environments, the stakes were relentless. Efficiency, reliability, and security could never waver. Instant data was paramount, and if a system I built failed to deliver it, the consequences were immediate.

Navigating those high-stakes ecosystems taught me one fundamental truth: when your operations run like a well-oiled machine, your business commands control.

Yet as I looked outside the corporate sphere, I noticed a stark contrast. Small service providers and independent business owners, including people running businesses just like my parents, were left behind without access to those same tools, skills, and knowledge. I watched exceptionally talented owners get bogged down by fragmented tools, exhausting back-and-forth communication, and DIY software that looked nice but failed to drive business results.
